If you wear glasses or are over 40, we recommend doing it once a year for better monitoring.
Once a year is best to make sure your lenses still suit your eyes comfortably and safely.
Around 20–30 minutes, depending on your eyes and your needs.
The vision exam is around $30. If you proceed with glasses, the exam fee is often waived.
Yes, appointments are strongly encouraged, so we can give you our full attention. However, walk-ins are welcomed if the schedule allows it, or if you have an emergency. Contact one of our stores.
We check your vision, eye health, and visual comfort step by step using advanced equipment, and we explain everything as we go.
Yes. We see children starting from age 9 and also check vision related to learning and concentration when needed.

Yes, in many cases we can. We’ll first check your frame to make sure it’s suitable and guide you accordingly.
Yes, bring them to any of our branches. We’ll check them and do our best to repair them in our in-house lab.

Orders, Delivery & After-Sales
Yes, we deliver across Lebanon within 2–5 working days depending on your location.
Yes, you can easily order online and pick up your order from our Sassine branch for now.
Once you place your order, just select “Pick Up” at checkout. We’ll notify you by email as soon as it’s ready.
Please note: once your order is ready, you’ll have up to 14 days to collect it from the store.
In-store, you can pay with cash, Visa, Suyool or otherFor online orders, we currently offer cash on delivery, with online payment options coming soon.
Yes, physical gift cards are available in-store, and digital ones are coming soon.
No worries. We always adjust your glasses after purchase. Just pass by any branch and we’ll take care of it.
Yes, depending on the glass’s lenses, we’ll guide you on what’s covered. Just contact any of our stores.
At the moment, we mainly operate within Lebanon. For specific international requests, our team can guide you individually.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving it, according to our policy.
Exchanges are available in-store and must be of equal or higher value. A proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
At the moment, returns from outside Lebanon are not accepted.
Refunds are usually issued as store credit or voucher.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For discounted or promotional items, any return or exchange is based on the price paid or the original offer conditions.
Delivery depends on your area (around $3.5–$6 in Lebanon). Shipping fees are non-refundable, and international returns are currently not available.
