Vision Exams

How often should I do a vision exam?

We usually recommend once a year or every 2 years, even if everything feels fine. It helps us catch small changes early and keep your vision comfortable.

If you wear glasses or are over 40, we recommend doing it once a year for better monitoring.

How often should contact lens wearers do an exam?

Once a year is best to make sure your lenses still suit your eyes comfortably and safely.

How long does an eye test take?

Around 20–30 minutes, depending on your eyes and your needs.

How much does a vision exam cost?

The vision exam is around $30. If you proceed with glasses, the exam fee is often waived.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, appointments are strongly encouraged, so we can give you our full attention. However, walk-ins are welcomed if the schedule allows it, or if you have an emergency.  Contact one of our stores. 

What happens during a vision exam?

We check your vision, eye health, and visual comfort step by step using advanced equipment, and we explain everything as we go.

Do you test children’s vision?

Yes. We see children starting from age 9 and also check vision related to learning and concentration when needed.

Glasses & Sunglasses

How do I choose the right glasses?

Don’t worry, our team is here to guide you. We help you find the pair that feels like you. Based on your face shape, lifestyle, and style.

Do you offer prescription sunglasses?

Yes, you can turn almost any sunglasses into prescription ones, with the tint and comfort that suit your daily use.

How long does it take to get my glasses?

Usually between 2–5 working days depending on your lenses type and customization.

Are your glasses expensive?

We have options for all budgets ; from accessible everyday frames to premium designer pieces. We’ll always guide you to what works for you best.

Is the website collection the same as in-store?

Not exactly. The website shows a selection, but the full experience and wider collection are in our stores.

Is online stock always accurate?

We do our best to keep it updated, but availability can change. If something is unavailable, we’ll contact you with alternatives right away.

Why does my product look different online?

Small color differences can happen depending on your screen. In-store, you’ll always see the exact product.

How can I stay updated on new arrivals?

The best way is to join our OV community or subscribe to our newsletter. We share new arrivals, activities and offers there.

Can you put lenses in my own frame?

Yes, in many cases we can. We’ll first check your frame to make sure it’s suitable and guide you accordingly.

Can you repair broken glasses?

Yes, bring them to any of our branches. We’ll check them and do our best to repair them in our in-house lab.

Can I order glasses lenses online for a frame I choose?

You can, but we usually recommend coming in-store for precise measurements. It makes a real difference in comfort and long-term vision.

Do you fit contact lenses?

Yes, and we guide you step by step from fitting to how to wear and care for them. We also handle more specific or complex cases.

Can I switch from glasses to contact lenses easily?

Yes, after a fitting and vision check, we help you transition smoothly and safely.

Orders, Delivery & After-Sales

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver across Lebanon within 2–5 working days depending on your location.

Can I order online and pick up in store?

Yes, you can easily order online and pick up your order from our Sassine branch for now. 

Once you place your order, just select “Pick Up” at checkout. We’ll notify you by email as soon as it’s ready.

Please note: once your order is ready, you’ll have up to 14 days to collect it from the store.

What payment methods do you accept?

In-store, you can pay with cash, Visa, Suyool or otherFor online orders, we currently offer cash on delivery, with online payment options coming soon.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, physical gift cards are available in-store, and digital ones are coming soon.

What if my glasses don’t fit properly?

No worries. We always adjust your glasses after purchase. Just pass by any branch and we’ll take care of it.

Do you provide warranty?

Yes, depending on the glass’s lenses, we’ll guide you on what’s covered. Just contact any of our stores. 

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we mainly operate within Lebanon. For specific international requests, our team can guide you individually.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within 1 hour of placing it. Just contact us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll help you as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange your product within 14 days of receiving it, according to our policy.

Exchanges are available in-store and must be of equal or higher value. A proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Do you accept returns from outside Lebanon?

At the moment, returns from outside Lebanon are not accepted.

Are refunds available?

Refunds are usually issued as store credit or voucher.

Which items cannot be returned?

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For discounted or promotional items, any return or exchange is based on the price paid or the original offer conditions.

What is delivery and return costs?

Delivery depends on your area (around $3.5–$6 in Lebanon). Shipping fees are non-refundable, and international returns are currently not available.

Do you ship internationally?
