For prescription eyewear orders:

• You are responsible for providing a valid and accurate prescription from a licensed eye care professional 

• We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete prescription information provided by the customer 

• We strongly recommend regular vision examinations before placing an order 

All prescription lenses are produced strictly according to the information submitted by the customer.

 

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

• Product unavailability 

• Pricing or product description errors 

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity 

• Payment authorization failure 

An order is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Prescription or customization requirements 

• External delays (including shipping carriers, country situation, other) 

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging

• Prescription lenses and customized products may not be eligible for return unless defective 

Approved refunds are issued as store credit or voucher unless otherwise specified.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and campaigns:
