At Optique et Vision, we are committed to providing premium eyewear, contact lenses, and excellent customer service. Please review our policy before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

· In mint condition
· Unused and unworn
· Free from scratches or damage
· Returned with all original packaging
· Accompanied by the receipt, invoice, or order number 

Conditions

· Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable
· Returns and exchanges outside Lebanon are not accepted
· Exchanges are available only at our physical stores
· Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
· Discounted or promotional items are processed based on the price paid or offer received
· Exchanges are valid for products of the same value or higher
· Refunds are issued only as store credit or voucher

Contact Lenses

For hygiene reasons, contact lenses are eligible only if the boxes are:

· Sealed
· Unopened
· Undamaged
